I’ve been nominated in this worldwide challenge supporting the awareness of ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. I was able to convince my sister not to nominate me, but I knew it would somehow find its way around to me again in less than a week. I’ve accepted the challenge and here is the video of me getting a bucket of ice water poured over my head. To carry on raising awareness I have nominated a few of my friends who I hope continue with this challenge, but I invite everyone to go donate to this cause today at www.alsa.org or www.als.ca!
