I hate to say it, but the Kylie Jenner lips makeup trend has been on everyone’s radar for quite some time and now I have taken matters into my own hands. This post is a collection of simply a collection of products that I think you could use to create the “Kylie” lip look. Some shades may be more neutral, some may be a tad bit more pink, but these are the products that I think that can do the trick to do your own version of a “your lip but better” look.
Lipsticks. I’m not leaving much to the imagination here when I have only listed two MAC Cosmetics lipsticks, both of the same satin finish range, but they really do live up to the hype online for being the best for the job! I have put both to the test and was delighted to say that the MAC Brave Lipstick and the MAC Twig Lipstick come out on top for this lip look. If I had to pick just one of these two products, I would have to pick Brave, only because Twig’s shade is a tiny bit darker in pigment (as you can notice in the photos) and may show up as being darker on the lips for some people, but I still wear it for this look anyways.
Lip Liners. My selection of lip liners for this post has been narrowed down to the three following products: MAC Dervish Lip Liner, Marcelle 2 in 1 Retractable Plumping LipLiner in Cool Berry, Rimmel London Exaggerate Full Colour Lip Liner in Eastend Snob. I have to hand it to the Marcelle lip liner for being the easiest and most convenient to use because the Rimmel one has broken on me if I did not apply with the lightest of hands, and the MAC liner needs to be sharpened frequently. The Marcelle one has super high precision for application and a brush on the other end to make sure of that. These are all great products and come in at slightly different price ranges for whatever you can purchase in your time of need.
I’m sure there are many other products that other people have found to give that fuller look appearance through the application of a lipstick and lip liner combo, but there are just a few of my suggestions if you just happened to be looking for a new natural lip look for the Spring season!
