When people think of November, they usually start thinking of winter. That was not the case for the first weekend of November. Temperatures were warm enough for me to walk around for a short while in this outfit of the day.
Before heading to Toronto for the Spark Sessions conference on the weekend, I was in a hurry while getting ready. I had to decide what to wear in a matter of mere seconds. I knew I wanted to wear my new favourite pants, these faux leather leggings with mesh from Dynamite. They gave my outfit an edgier look than my normal denim jeans would. I wanted to pair it with a top I do not wear often, which is when I remembered that I purchased this lengthy sweater tank from Aritzia back at the beginning of the year for a big pop of colour. I usually stay away from long top because of my lack of height, but the slit up the side of this sleeveless sweater allows my legs to show through to keep some of my figure still visible. This bright blue, almost indigo heather type of shade pattern is what made me purchase the top and I love it. Not a colour you always see out and about, but you can definitely spot it in a crowd.
