Skin Care Favourites (The Current Series)

It happens to a lot of people. When you get new products, some of them replace other products that you have been used. This has happened to me with three products over the last few weeks with products from Vichy and Saturday Skin.

A Saturday Skin Favourite

The Saturday Skin Freeze Frame Beauty Essence is currently my favourite product to apply. The packaging is beautiful, as is everything from this brand, but also the product itself is amazing. This beauty essence helps to boost elasticity and firmness while infusing your skin with extra moisture with its cream-gel consistency that makes it super easy to apply. I prefer this consistency over that of a liquid essence that is very popular. The scent is a lemon-like sweet scent, which seals the deal for me. This is a joy to apply every morning and at night when I reach for it. This brand can get a little tricky to find in Canada, but I know a website that sells several of their products. My New Loves from Vichy

I have been experimenting with the Vichy Idéalia skincare range for the past while, and there were two stand-out products for me from this collection. With a similar consistency to the beauty essence mentioned above, the Vichy Idéalia Radiance Boosting Serum has made its way into my morning routine as my morning serum. It packs a punch of hydration and helps smooth out my skin’s texture for easier makeup application. TheVichy Idéalia Smoothness & Glow Mattifying Sorbet-Cream is a mouthful but is so much more than just that. This sorbet-cream is moisturizer that continues the trend of hydration but is targeted for those with combination to oily skin. Perfect for me! It helps keep the face mattified with boost a natural glow to the face. It evens the complexion, refines pores, and smooths fine lines. This has taken over the role of my daytime and nighttime moisturizer. Vichy products are easily found online and in-person in your local Shoppers Drug Stores and similar shops.
